St. Augustine Celtic Festival

The St. Augustine Celtic Music and Heritage Festival was held March 10-11 2012 Featuring the Dublin City Ramblers and more.

Saturday, March 10, 2012 the following bands played: Massing of the Pipes, Albannach, Young Ireland Quintet, Wobbly Toms, Spade McQuade & The Allstars, Brendan Nolan with the Young Ireland Quintet, Derek Warfield & The Young Wolfe Tones.

Of course the main reason I went was to see Albannach. See Albannach St. Augustine post. My niece commented that she liked going places where men were wearing kilts. YES! It’s genetic.

And yes, there were Stormtroopers in kilts. There were fairies handing out hugs and fairy bling. I shot some cool pictures of Castillo de San Marcos.

Only 9 days old.

Pipe bands played and sang at the host pub.
